Bella Hadid Reveals How She Stays In Shape

The 22-year-old model is a hot commodity in the fashion world, appearing on runways left, right and center as well as in big advertising campaigns for the likes of Dior and Nike. The brunette-turned-blonde beauty, who is undoubtedly a poster child for balance, regularly posts photos of herself eating pizzas and burgers on her social media accounts. However, Bella revealed exactly what she does to stay in shape after downing all that junk food.

The runway model told E! News, “When I work out, I love to work out. I train and I work out hard for two hours.”

In a relatable confession, she did admit that she’s not always psyched for her sweat sessions. “I wouldn’t say I get out of bed and I am like, ‘I am going to work out!’ but when I get to the gym – rock and roll.”

However, she says there’s one particular form of exercise she’s not overly fussed with. “I don’t like to do the whole yoga thing. I think yoga is calming and it’s amazing, but if I am going to go for it, I am going to go hard.”
