Lemon Mint Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 4 cup white sugar
  • 6 regular- size tea bags
  • 1 peppermint tea bag
  • 1 peppermint tea bag
  • ¼ cup frozen lemonade concentrate

Directions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a large saucepan over high heat; remove from heat, then stir in sugar until dissolved. Add the tea and peppermint tea bags, and allow to steep for 30 minutes. Remove tea bag and stir in the lemonade. Serve tea over ice.

Hibiscus Mocktini

Ingredients

  • 3 cups hibiscus tea (such as Celestial Seasonings Red Zinger)
  • 3 cups ginger ale
  • 6 fresh pineapple spears

Directions

  1. In a pitcher, mix together the hibiscus tea and ginger ale. Serve over ice in a tall glass with a fresh pineapple spear

 

Ginger and Honey Iced Tea

Ingredients

  1. 8 cups boiling water
  2. 8 tea bags
  3. 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  4. 1/3 cup honey

Directions

  1. Pour 8 cups of boiling water into a heat-resistant pitcher. Add 8 tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove and discard the bags and allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Stir in the honey and ginger and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve over ice.

 

Peach and Mint Iced Tea

Ingredients

  3. 4 ripe peaches, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  4. 1 small bunch fresh mint sprigs
  5. sugar, to taste (if desired)

Directions

  1. Pour 8 cups of boiling water into a heat-resistant pitcher. Add 8 tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove and discard the bags and allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Before serving, add the peaches and mint and pour over ice

 

Pomegranate and Lime Iced Tea

Ingredients

  3. 2 cups pomegranate juice
  4. 3 limes, thinly sliced
  5. 1/4 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Pour 8 cups of boiling water into a heat-resistant pitcher. Add 8 tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove and discard the bags and allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Stir in the pomegranate juice, limes, and sugar. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve over ice.
