This Swanky Dubai Restaurant Has Just Launched Weekly Masterclasses By Head Chef Ibraheem Musleh

Diners at All'Onda can expect a world of foodie goodness amidst chic interiors.

Situated within Dubai’s pristine Emerald Palace Kempinski on the Palm Jumeirah island, Italian Venetian restaurant All’Onda has just launched weekly masterclasses by Head Chef Ibraheem ‎Musleh.

Using ingredients that are locally and globally sourced, participants of the class will learn the culinary intricacies of delectable dishes such as Asian Spiced Beef Tartar, Vegetable Hand Rolls, Green Tea-Misu and hand-rolled Italian pasta.

“We’ve launched weekly interactive cooking demonstrations at All’Onda so that people can learn the basics of Italian cooking and flavor profiling as well as how to make some of the dishes we serve at All’Onda in the comfort of their own home,” shares Musleh.

The chef’s creative approach and the interactive nature of the class is what differs it from a traditional cooking class experience. With over a decade of global cooking experience, Musleh has worked across world-renowned restaurants including The Ivy in London and Pots Pans & Boards in Dubai.

“The cooking demonstrations take place in a dining room and open kitchen experience, which makes the session really fun. Guests can interact with the chef directly and ask questions, all while they are learning how to hand roll maki sushi and shape pasta by hand.”

All’Onda puts a modern twist on authentic Italian cuisine with a nod to Asian flavors. Created in partnership with Long Island-born Chef Chris Jaeckle, the restaurant is inspired by the history of Venetian food traditions. Couple the yummy food with the ultra-modern interiors of the place and you’ve got yourself an ambiance that’s the perfect blend of sophistication with a touch of rustic.

The menu comprises Venetian cichetti, crudos, risottos, handmade pastas and more. “We wanted the interactive cooking demonstrations to transform the way people spend their Saturday brunches while also giving them the opportunity to learn something new,” adds Musleh.

The masterclass will take place every Saturday from 1-4pm. What’s more? All’Onda will also be hosting cocktail masterclasses every Saturday, led by the restaurant’s Head Mixologist, Kelvin Hernandez.
